Stora Sköndal Seeking Nursing Assistants on Hourly Contract for Elderly Care

We are looking for new hourly contract colleagues who, together with engaged colleagues, have as their primary task to provide support and create a fun and meaningful daily life for our elderly residents. Teamwork for quality care We work in teams around the resident with nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, activity coaches, and physiotherapists to provide health-promoting care and services of very high quality. This also means you have secure support from colleagues, both care staff and other professional roles. As a nursing assistant with us, you provide individual and secure care by working in a close relationship with the elderly person and their next of kin, and you see the elderly person from a holistic perspective. You perform certain medical care work based on delegation from a nurse. To succeed in the role with us, it is important that you have good collaboration and initiative skills and take responsibility for driving elderly care of the highest quality. We need to ensure that you, as a job applicant with us, have the right to work in Sweden. If you move forward in the process, we will request documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. The positions will be placed at our elderly care facilities in Sköndal, Nacka, or Tyresö – we are responsive to your preferences regarding which location suits you best. You are confident in your professional role and are responsible and thorough. It is an advantage if you have experience with documentation in journal systems, as this is part of your daily work.
