We help our customers with cleaning, window washing, and other household services, always with quality and care. We are now looking for several people who want to work as deep cleaning and moving cleaners in our One Time team in Västerås. What do we offer? · We are looking for people who can work between 50-75% · Collective agreement and secure employment terms · Fixed monthly salary – the same salary every month · Mileage reimbursement between customers for those who drive their own car for work · Paid travel time between customers · Insurance coverage (sickness, liability, and occupational pension) · We care about your health! That's why we offer a wellness allowance of 2,400 kr per year · Free mobile subscription · Free training in home cleaning and further training in service and cleaning · Field Lead/Buddy – point of contact for cleaning and support for field employees · Team meetings and joint celebrations We are looking for someone who: Enjoys working in a team with other colleagues Has previous experience in cleaning Is committed and wants to develop within the cleaning industry Speaks Swedish or English Can work flexible hours It is highly advantageous if you have a driver's license and your own car It is highly advantageous if you have previously worked as a home cleaner, housekeeper, or similar role. As a Deep Cleaning and Moving Cleaner, you often work in groups, meet new customers and environments every day, and are confident in taking responsibility for both performing and assessing the quality of the cleaning work.
