Your Role
You'll work with a professional approach, placing the individual's needs at the center, and help ensure quality and develop our services. You'll experience a varied and meaningful daily routine working with adults under the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS). The needs may include autism, developmental disabilities, mental health issues, social problems, and comorbidity.
Together with your team, you'll plan interventions, prepare implementation plans, and be responsible for documentation and follow-up. You'll build good relationships, promote participation, and motivate users in daily life.
You'll also have a central role in the educational work of our operations. This means supporting colleagues and helping develop work methods and quality. The work includes support with daily activities, performing delegated health and medical care services from nurses, and creating structure and predictability for users.
Your Knowledge and Experience
We're looking for someone with a post-secondary education as a support educator with at least 200 YH credits or 60 higher education credits. Education as a treatment educator or other post-secondary education in social work that the employer deems equivalent is also relevant for the position.
You have knowledge of comorbidity, NPF, and executive functions, as well as experience with IBIC, social documentation, and low-affective approaches.
You have good computer skills and preferably experience with Lifecare. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. A Class B driver's license is required.
As a person, you're secure, structured, and pedagogical with good teamwork skills. You work independently, take responsibility, and remain secure in challenging situations.
Employment requires a criminal record certificate from the police. Type of certificate: Work in the home with elderly and people with functional impairments.
You'll also need to be able to show a valid passport or ID card. A driver's license can be shown along with a personal ID certificate obtained from skatteverket.se using Bank-ID; we can do this at your scheduled interview.

Karlsrogatan's residential care service operates around the clock, with work scheduled for day, evening, weekend, and on-call shifts. The operations are developing with increased focus on comorbidity, and you'll be an important part of the quality work together with your colleagues.
