Hovgårdsvägen's service residence, located in scenic Sjövik, is a housing facility with special services according to the LSS Act, with a focus on areas including psychiatry. Here we offer a safe and stimulating environment where the individual is always in focus. We work based on values such as self-determination, participation, and meaningfulness. The facility consists of nine apartments, two of which are located in a newly built annex in close proximity to the main building. The residence is staffed 24 hours a day. We are now seeking a driven support pedagogue with great commitment to work with our target group. DUTIES As a support pedagogue, you have a central role in the operation where you combine hands-on user work with pedagogical tasks such as planning, method development, and coaching of colleagues. You provide support in daily life and contribute to a safe, meaningful, and stimulating existence for the residents, while developing approaches that promote independence, participation, and influence. You work structurally and solution-focused together with colleagues to develop the quality of the operation. Your tasks include, among other things: • Guide and support colleagues in social documentation. • Support work with implementation plans, routines, and job descriptions. • Plan and lead operational meetings. • Collaborate with external actors regarding the residents and the operation. You also participate in our support pedagogue network, where you have the opportunity to exchange experiences with other support pedagogues. You also receive support from method developers and support pedagogues with special assignments in quality and method development. QUALIFICATIONS The position requires education as a support pedagogue or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience working with people with disabilities and/or within psychiatry, as well as good knowledge of pedagogical methods and tools within the LSS Act. You also have good experience with documentation and planning based on the operation's goals and the residents' needs. We are looking for someone who is confident, attentive, and committed, with a pedagogical and solution-focused approach. You work structurally and independently, collaborate well with others, and adapt your approach according to the individual's needs. You have good empathetic ability, personal maturity, and a genuine commitment to creating relationships, building trust, and strengthening the residents' independence. A Class B driver's license is required, and great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
