Lerum is a Super Municipality! Hovgårdsvägen's service residence, located in the beautiful Sjövik area, is a residential facility with special services according to LSS, with a focus on areas such as psychiatry. The facility consists of nine apartments, two of which are located in a newly built annex close to the main building. The residence is staffed 24 hours a day. We are now looking for a driven support pedagogue with great commitment to work with our target group. DUTIES As a support pedagogue, you have a central role in the operation where you combine direct user work with pedagogical tasks such as planning, method development, and supervision of colleagues. You provide support in daily life and contribute to a safe, meaningful, and stimulating existence for the users, while developing approaches that promote independence, participation, and influence. You work in a structured and solution-focused manner together with colleagues to develop the quality of the operation. Your duties include: • Guide and support colleagues in social documentation. • Support work with implementation plans, routines, and job descriptions. • Plan and lead team meetings. • Collaborate with external stakeholders regarding the users and the operation. You are also part of our support pedagogue network, where you have the opportunity to exchange experiences with other support pedagogues. You also have support from method developers and support pedagogues with special assignments in quality and method development. QUALIFICATIONS The position requires training as a support pedagogue or other education and experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience working with people with disabilities and/or within psychiatry, as well as good knowledge of pedagogical methods and tools within LSS. You also have good experience with documentation and planning based on the operation's goals and users' needs. We are looking for someone who is secure, attentive, and engaged, with a pedagogical and solution-focused approach. You work in a structured and independent manner, collaborate well with others, and adapt your interaction to the individual's needs. You have good empathetic ability, personal maturity, and genuine commitment to creating relationships, building trust, and strengthening users' independence. A category B driver's license is required and great weight is placed on personal suitability. Before a job offer, you must present a limited extract from the police's criminal record register.
