The Role of Support Pedagogue with Us
As a support pedagogue, you have a central role in the operation with special responsibility for development, quality, and user focus. You use your advanced pedagogical expertise to ensure that support for each individual is of high quality and implemented in accordance with current implementation plans. You are a pedagogical role model and serve as a mentor for support assistants in user-centered work. In close collaboration with the unit manager, you plan and lead operational meetings, contribute to prioritizations, and drive systematic quality work forward.
Part of the assignment involves quality-assuring social documentation and following up on implementation plans, as well as contributing with a holistic perspective through environmental monitoring and development work. You will also participate in the municipality's support pedagogue network, which meets several times per year – a forum for experience exchange, skills development, and joint quality improvement. You are also a priority target group for receiving support from the operational area's methods developer.
In the role, you combine development work with direct work with users, which gives you good insight into everyday life and creates the best possible conditions for close, relevant, and sustainable quality work. Your working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and on-call shifts, including work every other weekend.
Your Profile
You are pleasant and attentive in your interactions and have an easy time collaborating with others. You make new contacts and maintain existing work relationships. You take responsibility for your work, drive it forward, and deliver results. You plan and prioritize your work efficiently. You are open to change, take own initiatives, and contribute new ideas to the work. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Our Offer and Other Information
We offer a time-limited full-time employment for one year, starting by agreement with the possibility of extension.
Within the Department of Individual & Family Care, all employees in Residential Services with Special Support and Home Support are employed full-time but have the option to reduce to a desired employment rate based on operational needs.
