Responsibilities As a support educator with us, you will have varied and meaningful work where you: - Guide and support individuals in a healthy and active lifestyle – physically, socially, and mentally. - Participate in personal care and help create a safe, habilitative, and rehabilitative environment. - Use your pedagogical expertise to mentor colleagues and work from a pedagogical approach. - Plan and implement activities that promote independence, social community, and participation. - Contribute to maintaining high quality in the activities through social documentation, follow-up, and evaluation. Qualifications We are looking for you who: - Have post-secondary education of at least 200 VHS points within the disability field plus course diploma or equivalent. - Have experience in support and care work. - Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as basic IT skills. - Are familiar with legislation in the field, especially SoL and LSS. - Hold a valid B-class driver's license (manual transmission). It is advantageous if you have further training in, for example, autism, MI, social psychiatry, Case Management, or Supported Employment.
