Description:

5 position(s). With us, your curiosity becomes a strength. By getting to know our participants and understanding their needs, you contribute to developing working methods that create good conditions. We are now seeking five support pedagogues who want to combine close work with participants with a clear mission to develop the operations' needs and quality. Two positions are located at Viksäng, two at Stallhagen, and one position at one of our other departments within daily activities. Your Work Tasks You have an important role in developing and strengthening the quality of daily activities. You work closely with both participants, colleagues, and the department manager and contribute to the operations being conducted based on proven working methods, applicable legislation, and the individual's needs. The assignment is varied and consists of both activity-based and administrative tasks. Part of your working time is spent close to the participants to understand their needs, create participation, and see which working methods work best. You then use that knowledge in quality work where you, among other things, review and develop social documentation, work with implementation plans, prepare materials, and map participants' needs. You provide support to your colleagues in daily work and contribute guidance on pedagogical matters, documentation, and working methods. Together with the department manager, you identify development areas and drive quality work forward. In the role, you inspire, coach, and create conditions for a common working approach. Your Competence We are looking for someone who is trained as a support pedagogue or has other relevant post-secondary education with at least 200 YH credits or 60 higher education credits. Your education could be, for example, social worker or behavioral scientist. You have experience working within LSS and are confident in social documentation. It is a plus if you have experience in quality work, for example as a quality ombudsman or support pedagogue, or if you have previously worked with supporting and mentoring colleagues in their work. We also view positively if you have experience in developing educational materials, surveys, or other working methods that contribute to the operation's development. If you have knowledge of alternative and augmentative communication, low-arousal approaches, or training in MI (motivational interviewing), that is also meritorious. As a person, you are confident and have a pedagogical approach. You are motivated by understanding what enables people to develop and thrive in a role where you can analyze, try new working methods, and find solutions that make a real difference for the participants. We Offer We are committed to strengthening quality work and giving support pedagogues a clear and important role in the operation's development. You work closely with your department manager and become part of a network with other support pedagogues where you share experiences, inspire each other, and develop common working methods. We are a large operation with engaged employees who want to make a difference for our participants every day. Here you have the opportunity to follow people's development over time and be part of creating a meaningful everyday life where each individual is given conditions to develop based on their own strengths.
