Unika Kårlandagården serves individuals in user category 3, meaning those with permanent physical or psychological functional limitations that cause significant difficulties in daily life. About the Support Pedagogue Role As a support pedagogue, you will provide support and services based on the residents' needs, both at home and in leisure activities. You will help ensure that each resident has the opportunity for an active and meaningful life. You will recognize each person's individual needs and conduct educational work based on this. Since needs vary among users, no two days are alike, contributing to a challenging and exciting job. You will work closely with residents alongside your colleagues and have significant responsibility for driving and developing educational work at the facility in consultation with the facility manager. Certain delegated health and medical care tasks are part of the work. Requirements for the Support Pedagogue Position: Diploma from a support pedagogue program (200 vocational credits or 60 ECTS within education). Experience and knowledge of the LSS adult target group. Computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Documentation experience. Good knowledge of clarifying pedagogy and low-affect interactions. Experience working with individuals with complex psychosocial behavioral issues. Relevant education is a mandatory requirement for this position. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive way, and enjoy working with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can recognize individuals' needs. You are professional, present, responsive, and see each person - and you are there when needed. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Work requires a clean police clearance certificate. This is ordered through the police website as an HVB clearance. The certificate must be presented before employment can be offered. A condition of employment is that the clearance certificate contains no information deemed incompatible with work in the facility. Employment Terms Employment Type: Permanent Position | Hours: 80-100% | Working Hours: Days, evenings, weekends | Start Date: By agreement; we view favorably candidates who can start soon.
