About the Support Educator Role
As a support educator, you will provide support and services based on the residents' wishes, both at home and in leisure activities. You will contribute to enabling residents to live active and meaningful lives. Furthermore, you should be able to recognize each person's individual needs and conduct educational work based on this. Since needs vary among users, no two days are alike, which contributes to a challenging and exciting job.
You will work closely with users alongside your colleagues and have significant responsibility for driving and developing educational work at the facility in consultation with the operations manager. Certain delegated health and medical care tasks are included in the work.
About the Support Assistant Role
As a support assistant, you will provide individually tailored support to people with disabilities, with the goal of promoting their independence and well-being in everyday life. You will support users in their daily routines and activities, based on their needs and abilities, and always use their personal implementation plan as a starting point. As a support assistant, you work according to clarifying pedagogy and low-affective interaction to create security and predictability in users' daily lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the facility's resources and budget.
Qualifications
You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive way, and enjoy cooperating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.

Requirements for Support Educator:
Degree from support educator training 200 YH credits or 60 HP in pedagogy.
Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group adults category 1.
Basic knowledge of household work such as diet and hygiene.
Computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish language, spoken and written.
Requirements for Support Assistant:
Very good ability in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
Experience working in health and care.
Secondary education such as child and leisure program, health and care program, or post-secondary education such as support educator, social pedagogue, or higher education in a relevant field.
Merits if you also have:
Experience in work management.
Experience working with people with autism and challenging behavior.
Experience working with individuals with complex psychosocial behavioral problems.
Experience with clarifying communication and low-affective interaction.
