WORK TASKS As a support pedagogue, you'll lead user-focused work and play an important role in developing, quality-assuring, and following up on the educational work in the organization. You work closely with residents, colleagues, and your manager to ensure that support is based on residents' needs, participation, and self-determination. The position involves a combination of practical work in the organization and expanded responsibility for mentoring, development, and quality. Your duties include • Being an active part of daily work with residents • Working with and following up on implementation plans • Administrative work in the form of documentation • Contributing to the development of procedures and methods • Collaborating with family members and other professionals QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone who is engaged, wants to inspire, develop, and contribute to an organization where both residents and colleagues feel safe and want to grow. You are confident and have a genuine interest in working with people. You enjoy collaborating and sharing your knowledge, while also being able to work independently and drive initiatives forward. We're looking for someone who has support pedagogue training (200 YH credits) or other training that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience working in LSS/functional support and knowledge of documentation and implementation plans. You have good ability to express yourself in Swedish orally and in writing, and good digital competence. It's advantageous if you have experience with • Structured teaching • Low-arousal interaction • Augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) • Working with people on the autism spectrum • Working with people with intellectual disabilities • Working with elderly people with disabilities • Mentoring or development work • Class B driver's license We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
