Support Assistant for a modern LSS facility in Järna About the Job We're looking for you to make a difference! You'll work in a modern residential service and day activity center in Kallfors/Järna, supporting adults within LSS category 1. Our goal is for each individual to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. Responsibilities You provide support and guidance in daily life – both practically and educationally – tailored to each person's needs. You're also responsible for developing work methods and approaches together with your colleagues. The role includes contact with family members and other network participants. About You – You have experience working with people with disabilities, autism, and/or challenging behaviors – You are calm, organized, and have a low-affect approach – You're familiar with explicit pedagogy and documentation – You speak and write Swedish – Ideally, you have training as a support pedagogue or similar – Psychiatric competency Personal suitability is weighted heavily.
