Job Responsibilities We are now seeking four employees for our Resource Team in functional support. In the resource team, you are part of a smaller team but work flexibly toward multiple operations based on their needs. The position involves varied daily work where you primarily work at group homes and service apartments within the municipality. You are not assigned to a specific unit but are connected to approximately three operations and may during certain shifts work at multiple units. We are looking for someone who is flexible, thrives in a changing work environment, and has the opportunity to work in multiple areas of the municipality. The work offers great variety and the opportunity to meet different user groups and work teams, while you have the security of belonging to your own team. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, on-call night shifts, and every other weekend. The schedule is planned over eight weeks and may also include resource shifts. Work tasks are designed based on each individual's needs, resources, and circumstances. The work includes, among other things, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and participation in leisure activities. You are also responsible for social documentation and medication management according to delegation. We offer you stimulating and developmental work where you, together with competent and experienced colleagues, contribute to creating security, good care, and support in daily life for our users, and enable a meaningful and active leisure time. Our working approach is low-arousal and structured with a focus on strengthening the individual's independence. Requirements You have completed a care program and are a nurse assistant/support assistant or have another education that the employer considers equivalent. Experience working with people with mental or neuropsychiatric disabilities. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both oral and written. Good computer skills. Ability to take and follow delegated HSL tasks. Meritorious Driver's license (category B). Experience with working methods such as low-arousal approach, AAC (augmentative and alternative communication), and clarifying pedagogy. Experience working with challenging behavior and care. Experience with TimeCare, Treserva, and/or BPSD registry. Personal Qualities Empathetic and flexible. Responsible and independent. Good collaboration skills and positive attitude.
