Work shifts include day shifts, evening shifts, every other weekend, as well as so-called "sleeping" on-call duty at night. As a support assistant, you provide individual and everyday-oriented support. Your task is to create a safe environment and a meaningful day for our residents through respectful and calm interaction. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is confident in your professional role and passionate about developing care within LSS. You have a natural ability to build relationships and remain calm even in challenging situations. We would like you to have: · Formal qualifications in healthcare and care work. · Experience working within LSS. · Good Swedish language skills (speaking and writing) and good computer skills. · A collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to our positive atmosphere.
