As a support assistant at our supported housing, you will work with supporting our users in their daily lives. This means helping with everyday tasks and supporting them in activities while encouraging independence. We always start from the individual's needs and strive to give each user the best possible conditions for an independent and meaningful life. Who are you? We are looking for someone who has completed a children's and youth recreation program, or other pedagogical education that the employer deems equivalent. You have previously worked within LSS (support and service for people with disabilities). Experience with IBIC, visual supports pedagogy, and low-arousal approaches is valuable, and above all, you are a positive and solution-focused person who enjoys working in a team and is passionate about making everyday life better for others.
