The Social Services Department is responsible for individual and family care, elderly care, and care for people with disabilities. About the Position Lännavägen group home is located in central Huddinge with a short distance to commuter trains and public transportation. Six people with varying disabilities live in the group home. We offer our users individually tailored support in all daily activities, which may include support with personal care, household tasks, and support in social interaction. Work with users is guided by individual implementation plans with corresponding method sheets. We work closely with the network based on the user's wishes and goals. We work with great respect for the user's integrity and see the user as an active participant in shaping the support. The work is planned, documented, and carefully monitored, so as a support assistant it is very important that you document thoroughly. We are looking for a support assistant at 100% with a start date by agreement. The work consists of varying working hours such as day, evening, and on-call shifts. The schedule also includes working every other weekend. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a completed nursing assistant education. Experience working with people with varying disabilities and experience working with clarifying pedagogy and digitalization is a plus. You should be comfortable with computers as we document in the Life Care documentation system. You must have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. As a support assistant, you will be part of a context where high demands are placed on collaboration skills and responsibility. You will create and maintain good relationships with users, relatives, guardians, daily activities, the HSL unit, and other stakeholders. We place great importance on personal qualities and are looking for someone who is confident and comfortable working with people who have a great need for continuity and structure.
