JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a support assistant, you work to provide individually tailored support to people with disabilities according to LSS. The work includes, among other things: · providing support in daily activities · promoting independence, participation, and influence · creating security, structure, and meaningful leisure time · documenting and following up on interventions · collaborating with family members, colleagues, and other professionals · contributing to the development of the new operation The work includes day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: · have education from the care and health program, youth and recreation program with focus on support services, or other education that the employer deems equivalent · have strong ability to collaborate and build good relationships · are responsible, flexible, and solution-focused · express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish · have good digital competence Merit factors include: · experience working in LSS services · experience with clarifying pedagogy · experience with low-intensity interaction methods · experience with documentation according to SoL/LSS · knowledge of the business system Combine Driver's license category B required. We place great importance on personal suitability. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent, start date: January 4, 2027 or by agreement.
