The role of support assistant with us
As a support assistant at Kolla group housing, you support people with disabilities in their daily lives. The goal is for them to be able to live as independently and meaningfully as possible.
You provide support in daily life, for example with cooking, cleaning, personal care, and leisure activities. You encourage and motivate tenants to use their own abilities and be involved in their everyday lives.
You work together with colleagues to plan and follow up on the support provided. The job also includes documentation and case management responsibilities.
Your profile
As a person, you are approachable in your interactions and attentive to your surroundings. You build new relationships as well as maintain your current professional relationships. You take responsibility, drive your work forward, and deliver results while prioritizing your work efficiently. You see opportunities in change, take initiative, and bring new approaches to work-related matters. You express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
We are looking for you who:
have a support assistant education or equivalent education relevant to the target group.
It is a merit:
if you have experience working with the target group.

Our offer and other information
We offer a permanent full-time position starting by agreement.
Working hours include day, evening, and on-call shifts as well as every other weekend. Resource time at other units may occur.
Within the Department for Individual & Family Care, all employees in Housing with Special Services and Support in the Home are employed full-time but have the opportunity to reduce to a desired employment level based on the needs of the operation.
