Together with other team members, you work toward making each day meaningful and enriching. You support and guide in areas including personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and to create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. About Fredriksberg At our place on Fredriksberg, 6 wonderful young women of varying ages live together. Support needs vary, but everyone is keen on activities, big and small. The group home is located close to nature but within walking distance to a train station, a small shop, and several lunch restaurants. The work team consists of 5 employees and one group manager who also works in the group. The work atmosphere is very good and consistently receives high ratings in our surveys, so we want an employee who functions well in a team with an unpretentious approach and a sense of humor. The unit has a car available for use in operations, so a driver's license is a requirement. Your Experience and Knowledge We imagine that you who apply to us: • have a positive outlook and a strong commitment to people • are responsible and have personal maturity • enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues You have at least upper secondary education in healthcare and nursing or equivalent education. It is meritorious if you have experience working with this target group. You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is required, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
