Description Daily Activities Samverket is a service according to LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). At Samverket, we work with creative activities with a focus on creativity. Here, our participants can try different activities in ceramics, visual art, music, games, and we also have samba dance once a week as well as perform simple service tasks. We are a group of 16 participants and five staff members. Job Responsibilities Your task will be to plan and guide the group in creating and carrying out our various activities. We work primarily as a group together with our participants, where you have the opportunity to use your creativity and engagement to find the right level and structure in daily life for our participants. We work together, take breaks when needed, and create a warm and respectful community where everyone contributes. You will have responsibility as a contact person and be responsible for establishing and following up implementation plans based on the individual's needs and guidelines in Treserva. You will also be assigned an area of responsibility within the activity. Your communication and social skills are an important part of working with us. We always work with a good approach and we cooperate with each other to create a safe and positive work environment. Qualifications We are looking for you who have a degree from the Care and Health Program, support assistant training, or Children and Recreation Program with a focus on social or educational work. The education requirement is also met if you have a post-secondary specialization in the disability field that includes at least 200 vocational college credits, 120 higher education credits, or a combination thereof equivalent to at least four semesters of full-time studies. Alternatively, 60 higher education credits and at least two years of experience working with support and services for people with disabilities. The education should have relevant credits in behavioral science, education, psychology, social work, and (psychiatric) care or other education that the employer deems equivalent. The education requirement is also met if you have training in crafts such as graphic design, media/photography, and ceramics. You need to have passed Swedish 1 or Swedish as a Second Language 1. If you do not meet the language requirement, you may need to take a language test through test provider Educateit. You have previous experience and a genuine interest in creative work and artistic activities. Documentation is an important part of the work to ensure quality and continuity in the activity. You therefore need to have the ability to document clearly, factually, and professionally. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to adapt to changed circumstances. You are confident and sociable in meeting others, have good cooperation skills, and a good approach and have a feel for the work we do. Merits It is a merit if you have a driver's license.
