Our residential facility in Sjövik is a service residence with special services according to LSS with a focus on psychiatry. The operation consists of 9 apartments, two of which are located in a newly built annex adjacent to the main building. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES We are now seeking an engaged and driven colleague for a parental leave position. The position is part-time with working hours according to schedule (day/evening/on-call overnight shifts and every other weekend). Work always starts from each individual's personal needs, resources, and abilities. As a support assistant, you work towards increased independence, a sense of participation, and influence for the residents both in their homes and out in society. The role requires you to work independently, take great responsibility, and have a pedagogical and motivating approach. At the same time, you naturally see the value of good collaboration and have a solution-focused approach. As a person, you are secure, calm, and have good empathetic ability and understanding of integrity. You have respectful conduct and provide good service in all situations. You can adapt and prioritize work according to the needs of the residents and the operation. You take responsibility for your own and shared work tasks with the operation's/residents' best interests in focus. Your role as a support assistant includes the role of support person, which means you have expanded responsibility for one or more service users. This includes developing individually adapted work methods, social documentation, and collaborating in the professional network around the resident. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications: - We are looking for someone who has relevant education for the position, such as a care program or other education and/or experience that the employer considers equivalent. - Experience working in disability services. It is meritorious if you have previous experience working with this target group/within psychiatry. - Experience with low-arousal approaches. - A driver's license is required as there is a vehicle associated with the operation and our residents have activities outside the home. - Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: Start: October 1, 2026, End: September 30, 2027. Working hours: According to schedule.
