In the Sector for Work and Individual, individual and family care, employment services, functional support, integration, and adult education are organized. Description We are now looking for a confident, engaged, and positive support assistant for a wonderful 25-year-old woman who lives in her own home. She is social and enjoys being involved in everyday activities. She has autism and needs support, structure, and security in her daily life. At the same time, she is someone who enjoys going out and doing activities together with others. For her, it's important to have a support assistant who sees the possibilities, encourages participation, and can create a safe and positive daily life. Duties As a support assistant, you will, among other things, provide support and guidance in various everyday situations. Accompany her on activities and various outings. You should contribute structure and clarity to her daily life. Encourage independence and participation. You should be social support and a secure person in her everyday life. Help plan and carry out activities based on her wishes and interests. It's important that you can be both calm and clear, while remaining flexible. The duties also include planning together with the client, contact with guardians/relatives, and with other actors in the client's network. Delegated health and social care tasks are also included. You work carefully and professionally with the client, both inside and outside their home environment, in collaboration with the rest of the work team. This also means working for good cooperation with other professional groups and relatives. The work includes days, evenings, weekends, and on-call nights. Qualifications Diploma from a care and nursing program, child and leisure program, treatment assistant, personal assistant, pedagogical approach, or other education considered equivalent. It's important that you are confident, stable, and responsible. You need to be responsive to the individual's needs and wishes, clear in your communication. You need to be good at creating structure and predictability and be comfortable working independently. You should have experience working in the field of autism. You need to be at least 18 years old, have a manual B driver's license, and be able to work at all times of the day. Before employment, we will request an extract from the criminal record. Terms The fixed-term employment covers the period October 20, 2026 to October 20, 2027. Smoke-free municipality.
