About the Job Right now we are looking for you who currently work as an insulation installer, or you who have worked in this profession a few years earlier and are longing to return to the role. The work is independent and you organize the job yourself with several projects running in parallel. You often work from home and plan your day together with your customers, colleagues, and others involved in the project. In this role you collaborate with many people such as project managers and other professional groups to ensure the best outcome for the customer. You document your work with precision and handle self-inspections independently. We work entirely project-based with full-service offerings, and our customers are in plumbing, ventilation, and industry. About You To be a good fit for the insulation installer role, you need to have a B-class driver's license and be able to handle Swedish in speech and writing completely fluently. Knowledge of English is a merit. Since the role is very independent, you are expected to have excellent planning skills but also the ability to be flexible if plans change. You manage your planning with precision and always ensure that what you've promised is completed.
