For our store in Hudiksvall, we need to strengthen our team with a customer-focused and relationship-building sales professional who is passionate about customer interactions. Job Responsibilities: - Actively work with sales and advice on our broad product range in Animals and Garden, Agriculture/forestry, and Home/household. - Cashier work and unpacking goods. - Planning and follow-up of customer activities, merchandising, and stock replenishment. - Heavy lifting occurs. Deputy Store Manager Assignment: - Administrative support. - Scheduling. - Ensuring daily operations run smoothly when the regular store manager is absent. Qualifications: We are looking for someone with retail sales experience and knowledge of and interest in our product range. A forklift certification is a merit. We prefer candidates with knowledge/experience in our horse and/or machinery categories. In the Deputy Store Manager role, you support the store manager with administrative tasks and serve as a substitute for the regular store manager when needed. We therefore appreciate if you enjoy administrative work and have an ambition to develop as a leader. Personal qualities such as strong customer service orientation, drive, good teamwork ability, organizational skills, and genuine interest in our customers are qualities we highly value.
