Work Location: Seč Working hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Requirements Education: Secondary/Higher education in construction Experience: Industry experience required Skills: Ability to read project documentation, knowledge of construction procedures, MS Office (Excel). Other: Class B driver's license, communication skills, reliability, ability to supervise subordinates (workers, subcontractors). Job Responsibilities Organization: Management and coordination of workers and subcontractors on site. Supervision: Oversight of compliance with construction procedures, schedules, and safety regulations (BOZP). Documentation: Maintenance of construction logs, monitoring of material deliveries.
