Job responsibilities: • Management and organization of construction contracts; • Supervision of individual work and material suppliers; • Negotiations with investors, engineers, and suppliers; • Preparation and monitoring of construction schedules; • Monitoring compliance with technical regulations and procedures; • Tracking overall financial costs of individual projects; • Administrative work related to contracts, employee records management.
