We're looking for a leader who will become the heart of our operations! What will your main mission be? You will become a key person in our construction operations, where you will: - Lead and motivate our production team to achieve the best results. - Plan and organize all construction production on assigned contracts. - Coordinate all work on site and ensure smooth operations. - Manage construction economics and oversee profit plan fulfillment. - Ensure quality of work performed and compliance with technical procedures. - Monitor adherence to deadlines. How do we see you? We're looking for a reliable person who loves challenges and is ready to move things forward. We need you to: - Have secondary or higher education in construction (ideally civil engineering). - Have at least 3 years of experience as a construction project manager/production manager or in organizing construction work. - Be able to read technical drawings and understand construction technologies. - Be a leader who can manage, motivate, and take responsibility for deadlines, profit, and your team's quality. - An advantage is authorization in civil engineering (we will offer financial recognition).
