We're opening a new station in Norrköping and are seeking a station manager who wants to take a key role in the operation. Here you'll have the opportunity to be part of it from the start, impact the results, and build a successful station together with your team. As station manager, you're responsible for the daily operations of the station. The role is primarily about sales, customer service, and team leadership. You are the station's face to the outside world, drive sales forward, create a high level of service for our customers, and lead the team toward shared goals. You'll work alongside 2–4 tire technicians and be the person who holds the operation together during the season. The work is both operational and managerial, which means you're where the action happens and help out wherever needed when the pace is at its highest. To succeed in this role, we believe you have sales experience and enjoy taking responsibility for both people and results. You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and have a natural ability to build trust with both customers and employees. Experience from the tire, automotive, or car industry is a plus, but not required. A driver's license is also a plus. We offer a fixed salary of 100,000 kronor for the season plus an attractive bonus program tied to the station's results. You get significant responsibility, the opportunity to build a completely new station from scratch, and the chance to develop together with a growing company. This position is a full-time seasonal employment during the fall tire season, approximately 8 weeks during the period October–December. Work follows the operation's business hours, which means long workdays and work when the business demands it. We're therefore looking for someone who is prepared to give that little extra during the season's most intensive weeks. We hope this will be the start of a long-term partnership.
