About the Role As a meeting coordinator at Svenska Alarm, you are a key player in our sales team. You handle both inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email, and digital channels – and you are responsible for the first, crucial step in the customer journey: creating interest and booking qualified meetings for our sales representatives and technicians. Your task is to understand what the customer needs, spark interest in the right alarm solution, and book a meeting where one of our sales representatives or technicians takes over at the customer's location. This requires you to be attentive, solution-oriented, and able to quickly build trust. Monday–Friday, 09–18. We Are Looking For You If You Enjoy talking with new people every day Like clear goals and are driven to achieve them Take responsibility and contribute to the team's success Speak and write fluent Swedish Stay calm even when the pace is high Experience in meeting coordination or sales is a plus but not required – we will train you.
