Regardless of where in our organization you work or what position you hold, you help create vital change. SiS LVM-home Hessleby, located in a beautiful forest setting just outside Mariannelund, serves men with alcohol, drug, or mixed substance abuse issues. We have specialized expertise in serving clients with mental health conditions or challenging behaviors. We are tasked with providing care for clients with special care needs. Job Description Do you want to be part of creating vital change for vulnerable people? Then the Treatment Secretary position at SiS is the meaningful work you're looking for. The foundation of our treatment work is to motivate people toward new and less destructive ways of living. You work in a team of committed colleagues, and with your collective expertise, you have the opportunity to achieve good results. As a Treatment Secretary, you coordinate and oversee client treatment at the institution, develop treatment plans, manage contacts with authorities, and are responsible for documenting implemented treatment interventions, as well as supporting treatment staff in daily work. The Treatment Secretary fills an important role in ensuring that clients receive quality, individually tailored services based on their circumstances and needs, and works closely with other professionals at the institution, such as treatment assistants/educators, treatment coordinators, nurses, physicians, and psychologists. The Treatment Secretary contributes to developing the institution's routines according to the authority's guidelines regarding treatment and investigation. The work is varied, which requires flexibility and accountability. To a significant extent, it means you are a structural anchor—thorough and organized. You understand the value and context of collaboration; it's natural for you to guide and support your colleagues. You are the initiator who anchors and implements after decisions are made. Our vision is to be a place for change, and this permeates our approach, our commitment, and our attitude. You will work closely with unit managers and treatment coordinators in our various departments. You will also have opportunities to contribute to collegial learning at the institution through various training forums. If you're also passionate about your own development, there are many opportunities within SiS. Qualifications Your personal suitability is the key to vital change. Therefore, you need a strong ability to create engagement and participation. Equally important is that you have a solid positive view of human nature, are empathetic, and can build good relationships. You have strong communication skills and can remain calm even in pressured situations. You also have strong collaboration abilities and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues. You also need to have: A university degree of at least 210 credits in social/behavioral sciences (e.g., social work degree), or a university degree of 180 credits in behavioral sciences, or other higher education assessed as meeting SiS guidelines for competency requirements for coordinating/planning treatment work. Documentation experience with social investigations. Good Swedish in speech and writing. At SiS, we value good collegial relationships. This means that as an employee, you take responsibility for your work, contribute to development, and participate in good collaboration.
