Main responsibilities As a Star Assist, you are the hub and the first person to meet our guests in the showroom. You are responsible for creating a warm and professional welcome and ensuring that every customer receives the right help from the start. Your duties include: Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right person Coordinate customer flow in the showroom and ensure customers have a great experience Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Support the sales and service teams in daily operations Contribute to high customer satisfaction and a pleasant environment throughout the facility The role also includes administrative and practical tasks related to daily operations. What we're looking for We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, organized, and social, with a natural ability to make people feel welcome. You thrive in a role with a fast pace and many customer interactions. We'd like to see that you: Have experience from service professions, such as reception, hospitality, or similar Are solution-oriented and have a positive approach Are comfortable handling multiple tasks at once Are communicative and work well with others Have good computer skills A valid driver's license is required. You must be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Employment type, scope, and location This is a permanent full-time position with an initial six-month probationary period.
