Nkraft, a rapidly growing staffing and recruitment company, is now seeking several experienced steel erectors for ongoing and upcoming projects in Luleå. About the Position As a steel erector, you will work on assembly and installation of steel structures in construction and industrial projects. Work tasks may vary depending on the project and your previous experience. We offer several different working hours and shift arrangements depending on the assignment, including: • 7/7 shifts • Monday–Thursday • Monday–Friday Work Tasks • Assembly of steel structures and steel components • Installation and fitting according to drawings and instructions • Work with various types of construction and industrial assembly • Collaboration with other trades at the workplace What We're Looking For • Previous experience working as a steel erector or similar assembly work • Ability to provide relevant references from previous employers or assignments • Self-driven, responsible, and detail-oriented • Good collaboration skills and comfortable working in a team • Strong safety mindset and experience working on construction or industrial sites No specific certifications are required for this position, but relevant training, qualifications, and experience in assembly, construction, or industry are advantageous.
