At the rapidly growing staffing and recruitment company Nkraft, we are now seeking several experienced steel assemblers for ongoing and upcoming projects in Luleå. About the Position As a steel assembler, you will work with the assembly and installation of steel structures in construction and industrial projects. Work tasks may vary depending on the project and your previous experience. We have several different work schedules and shift arrangements depending on the assignment, including: • 7/7 shifts • Monday–Thursday • Monday–Friday Work Tasks • Assembly of steel structures and steel components • Installation and adaptation according to drawings and instructions • Work with various types of construction and industrial assembly • Collaboration with other trades on the worksite We Are Looking for You If You • Have previous experience working as a steel assembler or similar assembly work • Can provide relevant references from previous employers or assignments • Are self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented • Have good teamwork skills and enjoy working in a team • Have a high safety mindset and are experienced working on construction or industrial worksites No specific certifications are required for the position, but relevant training, qualifications, and experience in assembly, construction, or industry are advantageous.
