About the Role As a scaffolding technician, you work with the assembly, disassembly, and adaptation of scaffolding for our customers in the construction and civil engineering industry. You are an important part of creating safe and efficient work sites and are responsible for ensuring that work is carried out with high quality and in accordance with applicable safety requirements. Our assignments are primarily located in the area between Halmstad and Malmö, but work in other locations may occur. The role includes: Assemble and disassemble building scaffolding. Ensure that scaffolding meets high safety and quality standards. Maintain ongoing contact with customers and partners on work sites. Participate in the installation of weather protection and other temporary safety solutions. Participate in site setup as well as assembly and disassembly of various types of fall protection. Contribute to a safe, efficient, and professional approach in daily work. About You We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in scaffolding assembly who enjoys practical and varied work. You are a team player who takes responsibility, works safely, and has a professional demeanor toward customers and colleagues. To succeed in the role, we see that you are: Responsible and thorough. Qualifications Professional certification as a scaffolding technician (STIB). Class B driver's license. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Basic knowledge of English. Meriting Factors: Weather protection training. Experience with weather protection, fall protection, or site setup. We Offer Permanent employment with a six-month probation period.
