WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL INVOLVE Together with the Store Manager, you're responsible for optimizing store operations, ensuring the store is always ready for customers, and achieving strong sales results. You ensure weekly campaigns, sales attitude, and a positive, energetic work environment. You support the Store Manager by communicating with, leading, and coaching the store team. You conduct sales training with store employees. You're happy to roll up your sleeves and jump in where needed, from receiving merchandise to sales.
