🌸 About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you are the Store Manager's right hand and a key person in the store's daily operations. You lead, inspire, and coach the team toward shared goals – always focusing on customer interactions, sales, and execution.
The role involves operational responsibility for the store's product flow, operating procedures, and key metrics. You participate in planning, follow-up, and implementation – and step in as responsible when the Store Manager is absent.

💐 Your Main Areas of Responsibility
Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and ensuring the store reaches its goals
Plan, prioritize, and monitor the store's operations and sales
Create an inspiring and sales-driven environment for our customers
Contribute to high customer satisfaction through personal service and engaged leadership
Ensure that routines, product flows, and campaigns are executed as planned
Coach and develop employees in day-to-day work
Act as the responsible manager for workplace environment when the Store Manager is absent

Have documented experience from retail and leadership
Are passionate about sales, service, and great customer experiences
Are confident in making decisions, leading others, and building engagement in the team
Understand store operations, key metrics, and efficient product flow
Are organized, communicative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Have a genuine interest in plants and gardening – or want to learn more
