Assistant Store Manager – Luleå Blomsterlandet in Luleå is now recruiting a driven, business-minded and engaged Assistant Store Manager who wants to take a key role in the store's continued development. The Role of Assistant Store Manager As Assistant Store Manager, you are the store manager's closest collaborator and an important part of the store's management. Together you are responsible for creating a well-functioning operation where sales, customer satisfaction, profitability and work environment are at the center. You lead by being present in the operation, coaching employees and ensuring that the store's routines and practices are followed. When the store manager is not on site, you take responsibility for daily operations and ensure that the business continues to develop and deliver results. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, working solution-oriented and creating energy in the team. You see what needs to be done and have the ability to turn ideas into action. Your Main Responsibilities Take an active role in the store's daily operations where a large part of the work consists of sales, customer interactions and creating an inspiring customer experience. Ensure that the store's sales and profit targets are met Coach, motivate and support employees in their daily work Contribute to an inspiring store environment and top-class customer experience Support the Store Manager with scheduling and workforce planning Monitor key metrics and actively contribute to the store's development and profitability Create conditions for a good work environment Manage store operations in the Store Manager's absence We Are Looking for Someone Who Has experience in retail and leadership Is a confident and clear leader who helps people grow and develop Has a strong customer and sales focus Is driven, goal-oriented and enjoys working toward set objectives Has good understanding of key metrics, sales and profitability Is proactive and sees opportunities for improvement and development Is organized, efficient and skilled at prioritizing Is a positive and engaged team player with good collaboration skills Values a good work environment and contributes to a positive culture If you also have an interest in plants, cultivation or gardening, we see that as a merit.
