The position is a full-time employment with an attractive 5–2 night shift schedule, where working hours are between 19.00 and 07.00. About the role As Deputy Shift Supervisor, you are an important part of the operational management during night operations. You work closely with both customers and employees and are responsible for ensuring that our assignments are carried out with high quality, professionalism and customer service. The role is divided into two main parts: Work operationally within patrol and response operations. Step in as deputy shift supervisor during illness, leave or other incidents. It is therefore important that you stay updated on the business and work team so that you can, if needed, take a leadership responsibility and ensure smooth operations. Your main responsibilities Lead and support employees in daily work Plan, distribute and follow up on work tasks Ensure that routines, instructions and quality requirements are complied with Handle deviations and make decisions in operational situations Be an important contact person for customers and partners Contribute to development of the business and our working methods Support the regular shift supervisor and, if needed, take greater operational responsibility We are looking for you who want to make a difference You are a confident and natural leader who is motivated by achieving results through others. We believe that you: Have documented leadership experience Are solution-oriented and decisive Have a genuine interest in people and development Are structured and enjoy administrative tasks Have strong ability to prioritize and make decisions in a changing environment Are communicative and clear in your leadership Have a strong customer focus and great commitment to your colleagues Qualifications For this position, you must: Be trained security guard (VU1 and VU2) Have documented experience in patrol and response operations Be approved by the County Administrative Board for work in an authorized security company Hold a category B driving license Speak and write Swedish very well Be law-abiding, have no criminal record, be drug-free and have orderly finances Merits It is meritorious if you have: Leadership training Experience from a supervisory position in the security or service industry Training as an order guard, security guard or in fire safety Knowledge in alarm handling and technical security systems Good English skills Additional language skills Personal qualities We are looking for you who are honest, responsible and communicative. You have high social competence, are service-oriented and enjoy collaborating with other people. You are punctual, reliable and thorough and have the ability to build trust with both customers and colleagues.
