We are now seeking an engaged and driven Setup Technician/Process Optimizer who wants to be part of developing our manufacturing process. About the Position As a Setup Technician/Process Optimizer, you are responsible for setting up, running, and optimizing our machining processes to ensure high quality and efficient production. You work closely with production engineering and other functions within the operation to develop processes and drive improvement initiatives. The position is based on day shifts. Your daily work includes: - Setting up and optimizing CNC machines (Mazak and Brother) and robots (ABB and Fanuc) - Troubleshooting and problem-solving in production - Ensuring high quality and process stability - Working on continuous improvements and efficiency enhancements - Close collaboration with production engineering and operators - Contributing to the development of the production process About You - You have experience with cutting machining - You have experience with milling machines and multi-operation machines - Good technical understanding and experience working independently - Ability to analyze and solve technical problems It is a plus if you have experience with CAM programming, have worked on process optimization and improvement initiatives, and have knowledge of automation and robotics. As a person, you are a problem-solver and initiative-taker where precision, quality awareness, responsibility, and a focus on development are natural parts of your working approach. You are comfortable working at a fast pace, are a team player, and contribute to good collaboration.
