Your manager is Jessica Hammarström, who works as a delivery manager. In dialogue with your direct manager, you will plan your working hours based on the office's needs. In your role as Staffing & Recruitment Assistant, you will develop through our Training Program, which means you will gradually build your skills and take on more complex tasks. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Process: Work with everything from job postings through to offering a position and employment to candidates with us. Search: Strategic search work, especially on LinkedIn to identify and recruit top talent that matches our clients' specific needs. Administration: Assist with tasks such as payroll management and employment verification letters. Required Experience You are studying Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Economics, Service Management, Technology, or IT and will graduate no earlier than January 2028. Since we take a long-term view of this position, we prefer that you are not planning to study abroad or do an internship. You have previous experience from service and customer contact roles where you've used your ability to take initiative and responsibility independently. You speak and write Swedish fluently and speak and write English well, as you will be having conversations and participating in training in both languages. Our Recruitment Process Start: September/October Scope: 2 shifts/week Location: Office behind Södra Station, Fridhemsgatans Salary: 151 kr/hour + holiday compensation We use tests from Alva Labs as part of our recruitment process to identify the most suitable candidates. The first step is a logical reasoning test that assesses your problem-solving ability, and a personality test that gives us insight into your characteristics. The tests support our ambition to find candidates with the highest potential and to promote equality, diversity, and fairness.
