Are you a student in Human Resource Management or similar and want to combine theory with practical experience? We're now looking for an ambitious staffing and recruitment assistant on a part-time basis who wants to develop within recruitment and human resources management while you study. About the Position: As a staffing and recruitment assistant, you'll work with recruitment and support the Consultant Manager in daily operations, which can include everything from booking consultants to following up on consultant assignments. In recruitment, you'll create job postings, conduct candidate screening, book interviews, sometimes conduct interviews, and take references. Who Are You? We're looking for someone studying post-secondary education in HR or similar. You're responsible, can work in a structured and independent manner. You have a solution-focused approach and are driven by challenges with a positive attitude, enjoy providing service, and are a good team member. You're flexible and available to work several times per week.
