We are looking for someone who is engaged in their work, can work independently, and takes personal responsibility. You perform your cleaning assignments with care, thoroughness, and respect for the customer's environment. As a facility cleaner with us, you will, among other things, carry out office cleaning, post-construction cleaning, window cleaning, move-out cleaning, remediation, and home cleaning. There may also be assignments where you help with packing, clearing, and organizing estates and other similar work tasks. Your personal qualities are important to us. We are looking for someone who is responsible, positive, reliable, and self-motivated. You need to be able to find solutions, adapt to different situations, and work efficiently even when circumstances change. You have good physical fitness, a cheerful disposition, and enjoy meeting different people. A driver's license is a requirement since the work involves being able to travel between different work sites and assignments. The work requires excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You need to be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions, communicate freely with customers and colleagues, and handle work-related information and documentation in Swedish. There may be assignments at workplaces with special security requirements or within security-sensitive operations. For certain assignments, therefore, approved security clearance, background check, and other requirements from the customer or operator may be a prerequisite for performing the work. At present, we are looking for someone who can work as needed. The employment is initially a hourly position, but for the right person there may be opportunities for a permanent position in the long term. We estimate that working hours may correspond to approximately 50–100 percent, depending on the volume of assignments and the needs of the business. Extensive cleaning experience is a merit but we value personality and functionality in the team over experience. We welcome your applications via email and not by phone.
