Working as a facilities custodian means cleaning and maintaining residential units, offices, staircases, laundry rooms, and other common areas.
As a facilities custodian with us, you typically manage your own cleaning areas and take sole responsibility for completing the work within a certain timeframe and to a quality level acceptable to the customer.
The work may sometimes be combined with other tasks such as window cleaning, watering plants, and other services, as agreed with the customer.
Work is normally conducted during daytime hours and covers various locations in Linköping and surrounding areas.
