We are currently seeking several cleaners with placement in food services and facility maintenance in our internal cleaning pool. The work involves a flexible approach where you may need to move between different workplaces. We who work in food services and facility maintenance strive to ensure that our customers can spend time in clean and fresh premises daily and are offered good and nutritious food prepared with great care. Within Falun Municipality, we want everyone to be able to support themselves on their salary, which is why we offer full-time employment to everyone. This means that our services do not only consist of facility maintenance, but can also include assisting in the kitchen with tasks such as dishwashing, as we work in an integrated manner within food services and facility maintenance. Work Tasks As an employee in our pool, you will staff food services and facility maintenance based on need when regular staff are absent. You will work from your home and receive your daily bookings from our scheduling coordinators who assign today's work shifts. The work takes place in the municipality's various facilities, primarily schools and preschools, but also in sports halls, activity centers, and various types of residential facilities. If needed, several different assignments may be relevant during the same day. Kitchen tasks may also be part of the role. The role typically involves working alone. An employment in our internal pool is an entry point to our operations that can later lead to a permanent placement. Qualifications The role requires: Cleaning certification with a professional certificate or other equivalent education or several years of experience that the employer deems equivalent. Basic IT skills are required to be able to use our booking system, smartphone and personnel system as well as to communicate digitally via email, chat, and Teams. A driver's license and access to your own car are required, as the area is geographically large and workplaces vary from day to day. Since part of the work involves being able to work according to a job description and providing written and/or oral documentation, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required. Personal Qualities: You need to be flexible, stress-resilient, and able to adapt when circumstances change. You can reprioritize if needed and handle problems that arise in daily work. The role requires that you can work independently, take responsibility for your work tasks, and at the same time collaborate well with colleagues and others you meet in your work.
