Welcome to the family-owned company Allegio Omsorg! We provide care and services to our customers through support decisions or as a RUT service. Based on our customers' needs, we work together to create a safe service tailored to their individual needs and wishes. We actively work with case management and to meet our customers' needs and routines in the best possible way. We prioritize small work teams with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve. Today, the company has over 1400 employees including nursing assistants, care aides, and cleaners. We have specialized expertise in dementia and palliative care. Are you the one we're looking for? We're looking for someone who loves cleaning! Someone who is efficient and thorough. It's a plus if you enjoy and are skilled at window cleaning. It's important that you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. A driver's license is required for this position as we have customers throughout Österåker (excluding the islands). Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We can offer either hourly employment or a fixed position at approximately 75-85%. The work hours may increase as the service team expands. Interviews are held on a rolling basis, with start date by agreement but preferably as soon as possible.
