We are looking for new employees for a cleaning company in Malmö! Astrid Service has been successfully operating in Malmö for over seven years. Now we are seeking new team members for home cleaning in private houses and villas. We are looking for responsible, thorough, and positive people who appreciate order and cleanliness and want to become part of our friendly team. We expect you to: Be responsible and punctual. Have a category B driver's license and experience driving. Work well together with others. Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. You do not need to speak Swedish. It is sufficient if you speak at least one of the following languages: English, Ukrainian, or Russian. We offer: A stable hourly wage of 170 kronor per hour before tax. Holiday pay is included in the amount and is paid out directly along with the salary. Separate compensation for travel between customers. The compensation is 20 kronor per mile in addition to the regular salary. The opportunity to take the company car home and use it to drive to work in the morning. A pleasant work environment and friendly colleagues. Flexible working hours and understanding of your life situation. Introduction and support throughout your employment. Internal communication in Swedish, Ukrainian, English, or Russian. The work is usually carried out in pairs. If you do not have a driver's license, your colleague will pick you up by car. You will travel together to the customers, and after the workday your colleague will drive you home again.
