We are looking for someone who is courteous and friendly, maintains high service standards with both guests and colleagues, and works by the motto Yes I Can! Our guests have high expectations for cleanliness, so we expect you to be thorough, clean according to our procedures, and follow your job description to achieve a high standard of cleanliness and service. Safety is very important to us and we expect you to have a safety mindset in your work and keep doors locked to guest rooms, storage areas, and other spaces. Taking care of the environment is also important to us and we expect you to handle materials and cleaning products according to our guidelines and help us in our environmental efforts. We would like you to be skilled at communicating in both Swedish and English and feel comfortable interacting with our guests. Your background We want you to have previous experience with cleaning, preferably from a hotel. It is important that you are in good enough physical condition to complete a shift where you are physically active for most of the day. We believe you are a positive and quality-conscious person who takes pride in a job well done. Since we are a large hotel with plenty to do, it is helpful if you can handle stress, are flexible, and skilled at prioritizing to meet our guests' expectations. RADISSON BLU SCANDINAVIA HOTEL is located at Drottningtorget in central Gothenburg. The hotel has 355 guest rooms including 38 suites. The standard rooms are among the largest in Gothenburg and the hotel's renowned Royal Suite measures 160 sqm. Many major celebrities have stayed here during their visits to the city. At Radisson Blu Scandinavia you will find Hagabadet Spa & Yoga Studio, two restaurants, large event spaces, shops, and a secured garage with parking service and electric car spaces.
