About the Role As a Premium Home Service Assistant, you will work with comprehensive household service in private homes where high quality and attention to detail are essential. The role is varied and includes both independent work and close customer interaction. Your responsibilities may include: Professional home cleaning and organizing Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe planning Meal preparation and light cooking Childcare and family support in daily life Planning and assistance for activities or events in the home Shopping, errands, and coordination of household needs We are looking for someone who: Has several years of experience in home services, housekeeping, cleaning, or similar work Is self-motivated, responsible, and service-oriented Has an eye for detail and enjoys creating order and structure Is discreet and professional when interacting with customers Enjoys varied tasks and can manage multiple responsibilities Has cooking experience and ideally an interest in food and service Speaks and understands basic Swedish or English Can work weekdays between 08:00–17:00 Has a B driver's license (own car is an advantage) What We Offer: Permanent employment between 75–100% Collective agreement and secure working conditions Insurance and occupational pension Wellness allowance Training and development opportunities Opportunity to grow within the company Free mobile phone subscription An international and inspiring work environment At Hemfrid, you will have the opportunity to work in a professional environment where quality, care, and development are in focus.
