At Städade Hem, we clean only regular private households, which creates a personal and stable work environment for our cleaners. We're looking for someone who values quality in their work and can create a pleasant atmosphere for our customers.
An important aspect of the position is that you have a valid driver's license, automatic or manual, as traveling between customers is part of the work. Also consider your commute time to work; we recommend that you live within a reasonable distance, as more than an hour can become challenging long-term.
You will work with a fixed schedule where you independently manage your own customers, with working hours Monday to Friday between 08:00-17:00. If these times don't suit you, we ask that you refrain from applying for the position.
Experience/Qualifications
Previous cleaning experience is a merit
Strong service awareness and a willingness to always go the extra mile
Ability to work carefully and punctually
Can work independently with good prioritization skills
Positive attitude and helpfulness towards customers and colleagues
Basic Swedish or English language skills (some knowledge is fine)

Monthly salary with individual salary setting

Travel between customers is included and is a paid work task

Städade Hem was founded in 2016 by childhood friends Oscar and Patrik. It all started when they borrowed a vacuum cleaner to clean a villa on Ingarö. After a day of intensive work, the home was sparkling clean – and the foundation for Städade Hem was laid.
