Staff Officer

We are now seeking a staff officer for our department responsible for training, exercises, and drills within the unit.
Main Responsibilities
As a staff officer, you are responsible for planning and conducting training, exercises, and drills within the unit. You are responsible for following up completed activities and evaluating them using the Lessons Learned method.

Qualifications
Officer or specialist officer training/degree OF3 or SO7-8
Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
Good computer skills
Driver's license minimum category B manual transmission
Swedish Armed Forces physical standard basic level
Merits
Experience planning, leading, and evaluating defense-wide exercises
Experience with case-based and process-based work methods
Experience with exercise planning at OrgE level
National experience with staff work in a staff environment
International experience in a staff environment
